Our gourmet espresso is crafted by our baristas, not by pushing a button. For hand-crafted, italian-style espresso drinks, make Edesia's your daily coffee stop.
Our espresso drinks can be made with your choice of milk or soy milk and can be complimented with one of our premium, gourmet Monin flavors or homemade syrups made with natural flavors, not high fructose corn syrup.

Not a coffee drinker? We have an extensive line of high-quality teas. Or try our home made Chai Tea Latte. A wonderful blend of tea and spice concentrate with hot, steamed milk.
Need some for home? We can bag any tea or whole bean coffee for you to enjoy while still wearing your pajamas.

Mochas - made with our homemade chocolate syrups. Available with white or dark chocolate syrup.

BREWED COFFEES
Not into the froo-froo stuff? Many of our brewed coffees are organic and fair trade. Come enjoy our art gallery atmosphere and a bottomless cup of artisan brewed coffee today! We offer the following brewed coffees:

Sunday: Organic Ethiopian Yirgacheffee -- Elegant body with a clean, round acidity. Distinct notes of citrus and floral aroma, specifically bergamot and sweet lemon peel. Long, pleasing finish.
Monday: Columbian Huila Monserrate -- Medium-heavy body, with lush notes of mandarin in the acidity. Caramel flavors coat the palate in the aftertaste.
Tuesday: Kenya AA -- Bittersweet dark roast with surprising red berry fruit forwardness. Rich in body and a clean aftertaste.
Wednesday: Guatemala Huehuetenango -- A Medium heavy body coffee with a unique balance of low cocoa notes and fresh orangey acidity. that prolongs the sweet notes and subtle cinnamon spice finish.
Thursday: Torloch Blend (Organic, Fair Trade) -- Good balance of savory earthy qualities that lend a heavy body to the cup, with a medium-low acidity and aromatic notes of tobacco and wood.
Friday: Costa Rica SHB Tres Rios, Aguas Claras -- This wonderful cup has an outstanstnding body, floral and hay-like aromas, and a well balanced chocolatey tobacco finish.
Saturday: Specialty Coffee of the Week -- This is the Day of the Week that we let our barista manager have his choice of a specialty coffee of the week ordered in for saturdays.
